POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

A Series of 8 Full Vaginal Steam Sessions. This package provides gentle and restorative care for mothers during their postpartum phase. Through nurturing peri-steam sessions and customized herbal blends, this package supports healing, hormonal balance, and emotional well-being after childbirth. * Ideal for Mothers who seek a fully-assisted postpartum recovery and to restore uterine, sexual, and reproductive health, (i.e. getting the body back to pre-pregnancy state, weight loss, lochia elimination, correcting prolapse/hemorrhoids, etc) NOTE: For natural births must be at least 4 weeks postpartum and bleeding has slowed or mostly completed. For cesarean births (C-section) must be at least 6 weeks postpartum or until stitches/sutures have fully healed.

POSTPARTUM DOULA PACKAGE

Please fill out the contact form on my website to book an initial consultation before booking! This is a completely customizable package to be used up to six weeks postpartum. Can include overnight care, childcare, chores, infant care, counseling, self care, breastfeeding guidance, etc.
